Teacher self-care has quickly become something I am so passionate about! I have noticed that many of my co-workers, myself included, have a difficult time implementing self-care routines. Even if you aren't ready for a full routine, you can always do little things to improve your self-care! Summer is such a great time for teachers to kick back, relax and learn to take care of themselves! I know that I have a lot more time to focus on me during the summer so I have put together a bucket list of self-care ideas for teachers that is sure to help you rejuvenate throughout your summer vacation.

Teacher Self-Care Bucket List:

1.Watch the sunset

2.Watch the sunrise

3. Take one day to do whatever you want- even better, make it an unplanned outing.

4. Binge watch a whole season of your favorite TV show

5. Star gaze

6. Read a book just for you

7. Go on a a walk or bike ride

8. Have a spa day

9. Take a day trip- By yourself or with a friend

10. Go out for lunch during the week

11. Go out for appetizers and drinks with friends

12. Go golfing or play sand volleyball

13. Have a bonfire \with s'mores

14. Enjoy nature- camp, fish, hike, etc.

15. Paint your nails

16. Do some yoga

17. Take a solo vacation and focus just on you and your mental health

18. Start a gratitude journal

19. Start a new routine or perfect ones you already have

20. Go tech free for a day
